How the Programming works

My dyamic programs are designed to suit any type of person, wether you're a newbie, or an experienced sportsman. Using the SugarWOD App, the programs are layed out in a suitable way making it easy to understand for everyone!

Difficulty Guide

Depending on your experience in the gym or with physical activity, I recommend you use this guide to help decide how you take on this program. The given days (In the beginner section for example) ensure you still train the fundamentals parts of that program, just with less consistency.

SugarWOD

SugarWOD is an easy to use workout app that allows you to prep, track and interact all in one place! Athletes will get access to all sorts of cool assets like their workout history, a barbell lift percentage calculator and features like photo sharing, fist bumps and comments to allow even more interaction between athletes and me, the coach.
