Everything I've leant on my journey with fitness and sport, I've boiled down into a program of perfection and excellence. All workouts are pre tested by me and are inspired by the standards I set for myself. The marriage of strength, functional fitness, and mobility results in a bespoke physique.

Muscle Isolation

A key part of this program is muscle isolation. You'll be focusing efforts on the major muscle groups using bodybuilding movements. The aim is to both increase strength and size to gain that Hercules physique. This will be a large part of what the program will focus on.
Strength isn't just how much you can squat or bench. Here you will perform movements that transfer to various physical activities, and even day to day life. Growing vital strength in muscles, joints, and ligaments.
How I define Functional Fitness is "The ability to efficiently perform full range of motion movements during a high cardiac output state". This program focuses on three things: Strength in full range of motion and cardiac efficiency, the combination of the two to creates the "Functional". As I like to say, what good is strength if you can't use it whilst out of breath?
