Harry Molinario
Since I was able to tie my shoes, I've been obsessed with the fitness world and everything that comes along with it. I have spent years mastering my physical capability and furthering my knowledge. Now I've come to a point in my career where I get satisfaction from helping others achieve their fitness goals.
My experience
My sporting portfolio is as follows: BMX racing (Qualifiers for English Championship), Cross-Country (Regional Finals), Swimming (County Finals), Basketball (Regional Finals), Single Sculls Rowing (Under 18 GB team) Quad Sculls Rowing (Henley Royal Regatta Finalist), CrossFit (Strength In Depth 5th in UK).
Academicly I have studied and completed my Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science. I specilised in Biomechanics, Physiology, and Sports Coaching. Since I have continued my research and sought to learn all I can about the human body, and the most efficient way to get "Fit".
I now dedicate my life to keeping myself as fit and healthy as possible, and teaching/coaching people the ways of Physical Fitness. The satisfaction I gain from successfully coaching an athlete to achieve new levels with their physique, or help a person begin their fitness journey and lose a few pounds, is more then I've ever found in my own fitness career.
